Works well, long term quality to be seen.

The opener works as advertised. All of the controlers and switches work very nicely. I don't need the app connectivity so I can't speak to that. The rail that the opener runs along is a little suspect in my opinion as the segments do not bolt together but just are held tight by virtue of the mount to the garage frame and to the opener frame. Seems to be a good bang for the buck though.

A: These are the instructions that might help for Homelink setup: 1) Clear the In-Car Remote by holding on to the first and third buttons for 20 seconds. Clearing the In-Car Remote will erase all previously programmed garage door openers. 2) Press and hold the Mastercraft remote button for 10 seconds until the LED flashes rapidly. 3) Choose the button on the In-Car Remote that will be used to open the door. Press and hold this chosen button until the indicator on the In-Car Remote blinks slow then fast. Once it blinks fast, release this button.

A: We do not, nor do other manufactures specify the max weight capacity of the openers. The main factor is the balancing of the door, the spring does all the work in opening and closing the door, the operator simply does the work that your hand would do by lifting the door. Generally a 1/2HPf is recommended for the standard single 8’ x 7’ high doors and a 3/4HPf for double doors, heavier insulated or wood doors and doors over 8’ high.

A: The distance the door opens is the height of the door, 7’. Not sure what the question refers to “one or two car lengths”
