We took a chance and purchased this handy counter top oven and we've been pleasantly surprised! We've only tried a few things but each item we've had has been very tasty. And it's nice how little the kitchen heats up, unlike the regular oven! Needless to say, so far we are happy with the purchase!

I bought a Kitchenaid toaster oven about ten years ago I use it every day it died last week so I prompty purchased another one. I like the convection/airfry fan the new one has. If I could ask for one change that would be to make it an inch taller inside.

Disappointed...just disappointed with Kitchenaid

Bought this model about 3 years ago-- about 18 months in- the springs that held the door failed- causing the door to fall open. I was able to find springs at a hardware store and make a 1/2 way decent repair. Then a few weeks back - the bottom heating element stopped working. No ability to fix- out of warranty - even the repair folks said "buy a new one". It's a shame that it's a throwaway mentality- Kitchenaid use to last a long time - now it heads to the garbage.

No, I do not recommend this product.

A: It does have a timer. I haven't tried all the different modes yet but I have used the timer for toasts, regular baking, convection baking and air frying.

A: Hello, thank you for contacting our Whirlpool Customer Care Team. Model KCO124BM does not have a dedicated cool touch feature. The handle will stay cool, but the outer surface may get hot during use, especially near the vents. Please use caution and avoid touching the sides while the oven is operating. We hope this helps.
