I wrote a review and Wahl said to contact them. I did. I called them and there is no one there. So I filled out a contact form they have online. Nothing.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Can't justify a Wahl

Wahl has went from great to awful over the last 5 years. I've been cutting my hair for 25 years and this trimmer as well as my one barely cut! I have to make 3 very slow passes over the same spot on my head in order to cut it. And I have fine hair. It also pulls hair and I'm going slowly. And you can't return if for a refund either.
