Would not recommend

I bought this and would not recommend it. Very hard to push on the floor. It basically makes the microfibre cloth wet and then you are just pushing a wet cloth along the floor. Very streaky. I wanted to return it but the box it was in got thrown out so I couldn’t return it. Keep the box. You might not like it.

I hate to complain I love Canadian Tire, but this BISSELL was not a great product. The steamers I have used in the past were strong steam of steam. This was not what I expected. I returned it to the Canadian Tire where I purchased it and the customer service rep said that I could not return it because I didn’t like it! How crazy is that you can’t return it because the performance was not great! Anyway safe to say I won’t be going to that Canadian Tire any more.

Bissel steam mop

I bought this a week or so ago. Found it little heavier than I wanted. It is not self propelled so would be hard for scrubbing unless you are strong . The water tank needs improvement in size. It hardly holds a cup of water. So if you are cleaning the whole house , you would be filling water constantly.
