Worst vaccum Don’t buy it

Worst vaccum ever. My husband instist me to buy this for our home because we have 1 year old child but totally waste of money vaccum i can not even use it one day in a week it always gets different errors. Even if i deep clean everytime all of the parts of vaccum still it doesn’t work. Everyday we both regreting our purchase.

Crosswave Edge

I bought the model 3933 bundle and this machine does a great job cleaning our tile floors. I especially like that it has the Edge Cleaning Roller that gets right up to the bas board, where my other floor cleaners leave about an inch and a half dirty area that they couldn’t get. This machine is a great improvement.

Don’t do it

This is my fifth time buying a Bissell Crosswave but my first cordless. I’ve given them as gifts previously because they’re life changin. This on not so much. Had problems From day one. Started leaking from where the clean tank Sits about a month after I got it. Finally getig replacement but zero percent recommend this one - I like the edge roller brush but this isn’t worth the $$

I bought the CrossWave OmniForce Edge All in One Multi Surface Cleaner and I am beyond impressed. Honestly, after using it I literally said to myself I must deny poverty by all means 😂 this thing is a total game changer. To say I love it is an understatement.
Huge shout out to the Canadian Tire Kanata location. It truly feels like home. Jennifer and Jack are the real MVPs exceptional service as always. I actually passed by another Canadian Tire and said nope I have to go to Kanata specifically because that’s home.

Bissell has outdone itself!

I started with the original Crosswave in 2017, which I loved so much, but this new, improved version blows the old one out of the water! It's like they took the old one and fixed all the little nit picky complaints I had about it - the gap, the awkward and messy cleaning tray among other things, and made it absolutely perfect. The cleaning power is amazing and I LOVE not having the gap by the baseboards and edges! I have a Husky and she sheds her body weight in hair, but this is no problem for the Crosswave! It finds hair that I didn't even notice before. Taking apart the innards to clean is also improved - the pieces just go back together more smoothly than the old one. The automatic cleaning cycle is amazing - just pour the fresh start solution in the tray and push the button! I was initially disappointed with the battery life, but then I realized that I had it on high-power mode for almost 40 minutes straight before it died, and that didn't seem too unreasonable to me. I have yet to use the battery to completion in the mid-power mode (which cleans just fine!); I take that as a good sign that the battery life is as advertised. I can't think of a single negative thing to say about this product. Cleaning is fun again! :)
