Poor Battery life and network issues

I have had this machine for 4 months now. For what I paid for it, it is garbage. We can clean approximately 2-3 rooms before having to charge the battery again. If you go below 20% on the battery it will not allow you to utilize the self cleaning cycle. It then takes 3 hours +/- to charge up again. In most heavy dirty areas it takes multiple passes in order to clean the spot. What is unnerving is the fact that it took over our wifi as the primary network without us knowing. My wifi on my laptop was a little slow so I reviewed the networks and there low and behold was an unsecured network "tineco". I will not buy anything from this company again.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Love that my floor is so clean!

The vacuum and the mop work great. I think that Tineco cleaning solution pairs well to make my kitchen tiles and hardwood floor look so clean without giving me back pain . I have long hair that sometimes got into the air hole leading to the dirty water tank. This makes the red light circle stay on longer than normal. I just take out the dirty water tank, remove the stuck hair(30 sec).

Peu souhaitable pour de grandes surfaces

J’ai acheté ce produit il y a 6 mois. Je considère que la durée de vie de la batterie est courte et que le temps de rechargement est long. Ainsi si vous avez une grande surface à laver, vous ne pourrez pas tout faire la même journée. Même si je lave avec l’eau chaude du robinet, la brosse ne parvient pas à effacer les traces de pattes de chien sur le bois franc foncé, on doit préférer la moppe avec un savon différent. Il faut aussi laisser du temps de batterie pour que le nettoyage puisse se faire adéquatement,

Q: Can this product be used lying horizontally?

A: Hi. Thank you for contacting Tineco. Please kindly note that this machine cannot be used lying flat at 180 degrees. If needed, you can check out the Tineco Stretch series models that can lie flat. Q: Does this product require use of the Tineco solution? Can you use other solutions or plain water instead?

A: Dear customers, our products can be used with water alone or by adding a cap of Tineco cleaning solution to water. It is not recommended to use other brands of solutions because the ingredients are unknown and may damage the machine.
