Great microwave oven but would give it 4.5 stars if that were possible. To be perfect it needs an option for manual defrosting. The auto defrost feature is fine but you need the actual weight to input; otherwise, 5 stars.

I like the push button door release.
I prefer the interior to be white rather than charcoal grey because it is difficult to see inside while cooking, and it is difficult to see any spills or spatters inside.

These are are good as any other microwaves out there they last as long as all products these days, The new lock system on microwaves doors while in use is plainly stupid I noticed all of them come with this new useless feature.
I purchase a white one but the inside of the product is not white it's grey, I found rather odd.
Normally I would give Panasonic a better rating, but since these modern products do not seem to last as long as earlier models.
Almost like they all have an expiry date for how long it will last anymore.

I thought Panasonic was a good product. That is why I bought it. Not happy with it.

I give it a one Because it Locks up the door every time the Hydro goes off. It does not have a reminder beep to let you know there is something still in the microwave. The one I had before I had a two minute reminder beep to let you know there is something still in the microwave.
