A: It has 1 year limited exchange warranty - you must keep the receipt and bring it in to the store and get the replacement fan and go to the customer service desk to do the exchange. There was a help# on the instruction manual but the new brand - "Likewise" - which seems to have replaced the Garrison brand name - does not include this # in the box - it's 1-800-268-6591

Q: The noise level in the specs state 0 db. Does this fan really make so little noise that it's almost silent? I would like to use it in a quiet office with colleagues nearby without disturbing them.

A: It is quiet (on the lowest setting) but definitely not silent. I have another brand of fan that is quieter than this one.

Q: trying to use this product with portable power station that uses solar in camping trips, how much watt does it consume in low or high modes?

A: Hi. Canadian Tire asked me to respond, but I have no idea about wattage. The best I can do is tell you what it says on the product sticker which is: 120V A.C. 60Hz 20W. I'm guessing the description of the product online would help you? I bought this little fan a couple of years ago. It's a low-budget item, but for the price, it works surprisingly well at close range. I use it at my computer desk during summer and it keeps me cool. Six feet away at the higher speed, I think I would barely feel it. The nice thing about it is that the clip is large so you can very easily move the fan to cover whichever immediate area you want cooled (if it still comes with a clip). Hope this helps a little.
