Water cooler

I purchased this cooler less than a year ago and find it doesn’t keep water cold at all have tried to adjust setting to colder made no difference, v
The pump on this cooler is also very loud ,the water from the cooler has a rubber hose taste to it we flushed cooler before put in service and again ,it was supposed to to have a self cleaning or sanitary feature,,very disappointed after spending 400 dollars on this and only last a year most of our other coolers have lasted over 5 years

Damaged and Rather Noisy

We live in the country, so we ordered the water cooler on-line because it was on sale, and we then picked it up at the store in the city a few days later. Once we unpacked it, there was a noticeable dent (bigger than a toonie) protruding outward on the base part of the cabinet. We kept the less-than-perfect unit only because the outward-dented side is facing the wall, so can’t be seen, and also to skip the hassle of disconnecting our water jug, then draining the tank, then packing it up in the original packing and box, then driving back and forth to the city and home, which is a 3-hour drive.
The unit works fine, but it is quite loud, which you don’t notice too much during the day but sure do at night!

Easy to set up and works perfectly. I'm a senior woman and wanted a bottom water jug for ease of loading. I read comments on the noise bothering some people and was a little hesitant about purchasing this model. Have no idea what they were talking about. It makes a little bit of noise but very minimal. And there is noting wrong with my hearing. Glad I bought this model.

Have had this about a week. Very happy with it. Was a little apprehensive due to other reviews citing that it was noisy. All bottle loading water coolers are noisy but this is one of the quieter units I’ve experienced. Would buy it again.
