[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Garbage! Purchased in Dec, had a kitchen remodel, finally using the toaster and it is doesn’t start! You have to slam down the button to get it to work! And of course we threw away the packaging. Never would have thought we’d need to return it. Garbage. Do not waste your $$!

The bagel setting is a wish. It toasts both sides equally. Also, the lettering on the clear button was gone in a week and bagel setting soon to follow. It does toast, very well, but you had better keep an eye on it.

A: Non, pas vraiment. Je sors le grille pain d'une petite armoire pour m'en servir, puis fais griller mes toasts, puis je remets le grille pain dans sa petite armoire tout de suite après, sans aucun gant. Éviter de toucher les surfaces directement proches des fentes des toasts car oui elles sont chaudes, mais seulement localement. Tout le reste n'est pas chaud.
