Leaks like a sieve

We bought this machine on a Thursday evening and by Sunday it was leaking on the counter. We exchanged it for a new machine (same one) and it starting leaking immediately. After the second machine leaked, we looked into it and it is apparently a common problem.

Horrible grinder

Brand new - been trying to use the machine for a couple of weeks and the burr grinder won’t get fine enough to pull the shot correctly. I had very high hopes for this machine:(

Disappointed

Had this almost a year and really had nothing but problems. Coffee beans flying everywhere, water leaking every time you use it, inconsistent shots. Now the shot doesn’t even pull and just burns up. I had scrubbed the strainer in each port, ran a descale no less than 15 times and still nothing. Super disappointed.

No, I do not recommend this product.
