Q: In the description it says the size of the bag is 20 x 22 inches. When I Zoom in on the picture it says 20 x 21. I got some drawstring 20 x 21 bags & they won't go over rectangular can. Will these fit?

A: Item 0429607 is a 100 count kitchen garbage bags and the bags are 20" x 21" as shown on the image and fits a 21L container. The description on the website is incorrectly posted as 20"x22" and should be changed to 20"x21". If the consumer has 20x21 drawstring bags and they do not fit their rectangular container, these also will not fit the container as it is the same size.

A: The Frank Swift Tie Kitchen Bag 100's are not compostable. We do have a compostable Frank 100 count bag, but it a smaller size of bag. The CTC sku number is 142-1591-8.

Q: Is this bag recyclable? Is this bag recyclable? What is the bag made out of?

A: These bags are made using Linear Low Density Polyethylene. This material can be recycled, but given the purpose of the bag the bag is not generally recycled as it goes into land fill with the garbage.

Q: Do you carry CLEAR kitchen garbage bags in the (approx.) 50cm x 50cm size?

A: The only Likewise Kitchen bag offered in the clear is item 42-9758-4. This bag is 22" x 24" which is 55.9 cm x 60.9 cm. There is not enough demand to support offering the clear kitchen bag in various sizes. The above item fits most needs.

Q: Have you changed the thickness and quality of these bags? The most recent bags I have bought are thinner than once I bought about a year ago. They are really no different than dollar store bags now; they are not as elastic and now we need to double bag when there is wet waste. Anyone else noticed this?

A: Vendor's response: There has been no change to the resin we use in making the bags, nor has there been any change to the specification including the thickness of the bag. Sometimes the ambient temperature can make the bags appear to be less stiff. For example with the summer we have had with very hot temperatures the bags will seem to be less stiff than in the winter months, but the physical properties of the bag remain the same. The specifications have remained the same over the last several years.

Q: Do you have bags that will fit "Rack Sack" bag holder Rack sack is a wire holder installed on door under sink. Mine is 20 years old and still working. But the bags do not seem to be available anymore.

Q: Does this product come in the Giant size - 133 L & a clear bag? The Glad bag doesn't quite fit the can because it's a little smaller but I'm forced to use clear bags at the dump. Could you please start making the giant size in a clear bag please. A faithful Hero bag user. k9pal

A: Hero does not make 133L size in white kitchen bags. Hero does have extra large black bags, which fit 133L (429734) or extra large clear bags, which fit 121L(429721), 31x42” in size
