Q: Is this storage bin sealable so that critters can't get in if you are storing in a shed for instance?

Q: am curious as to the inner measurements length wise as I have plant stakes that measure about 39" and would like to use bins on my balcony to store plant related stuff in. Also, do they look as though they would be Squirrel proof..? LOL
