Powered by a 1.3-horsepower (12-volt) DC motor, with a gear reduction ratio of 171:1, this kit includes a mounting channel, a roller fairlead and a wiring kit with contactor and mini-rocker handlebar switch - everything you need to start winching.

[Employee of canadiantire-ca] just finished installing this unit to replace my 13 yr old 3000lb Warn winch and I find it VERY VERY noisy compared to the other one...is this normal? sounds like it's over 10 yrs old...very concerned about how long it'll last ☹️

A: Hello, the mounting bolt pattern is 4.9 in. × 3 in. (12.4 cm × 7.6 cm). This particular unit does not use a contactor, everything is wired up to the battery directly. You can use the wiring diagram on page 10 of the manual.
