Terrible Quality - Avoid

I assumed since they were Dewalt brand they'd be great. But these are no good. I've been using ratchet straps for 40 years so its not inexperience. These are near impossible to unlock and loosen. I bought them several months ago and just attempted to use them for the first time recently. CTC won't let me return them without the receipt.
