This was a great product that preformed well in our Canadian Weather. I was able to was my car and it did not thicken up which happens typically with my normal car wash formula. This is a great option for washing your car in the cold weather months.

Q: What is the PH level?

A: The pH of the concentrated product is pH 9 but when diluted in a bucket or sprayed from foam cannon, it is neutral pH 7 or close to pH of your tap water.

A: When it comes to "desalting", there are two key differences between Simoniz Platinum Cold Weather Formula Wash & Wax and other car wash products on the market: Greater amount of chelating agent which specifically breaks up water-insoluble road salt film & it is readily biodegradable and less harmful on lawns and local ecosystems.
