purchase from Canadian tire. on exactly 30 days from purchase cable malfunction, brass connector came out of cable had to purchase a new cable. also this thing uses a lot of juice 57 to 62 watt hours 1.5 Kw in 8 hours . I have 4 Kw set up with DC to DC charger it's OK for casual use but not practical for every day. Oh Canadian tire only covers their items for 30 days I contacted them at 31 days.

Great price but fake Inventory

Bought 2 Mobicool 45L earlier and they are great so went to buy a 3rd online for pickup from CT Richmond 3rd store but they cancelled my order and claimed sold out. Why advertise 1 in stock when you have none?!? Disappointing indeed!

Q: why adaptor gets hot I am worried about the adaptor which got very hot when I plugged the cooler into our kitchen outlet and left it on overnight. Should I be returning this?

A: I found the adaptor does get warm sometimes warm more than warm depending on the ambient temperature of the room, but generally, this has not caused any problems in the four years that I have been using two different coolers or two coolers of the same brand the 45 L mobile cool
