    Poor all around

    Not universal. Doesn't work and while it is under tension you risk it slipping back and snapping against the glass. Thought of this as a quick fix, but there are never any good shortcuts. Just buy a new wiper arm and save yourself the hassle with this product and dealing with the drawn out Canadian Tire return process ( photocopies of reciept, marking old receipt, processsing credit card for refund, signing a return document, getting a return receipt, compiling all forms/receipts...Seriously? What are we doing here; Do I need to retain a lawyer to return a $20 part? - anyways I am annoyed as maybe many are...Probably why I don't shop here unless I have too).

    The first one fell off at some point...probably during a car wash. Goes to show you how secure it is. As my title suggests, since you get two, there is another chance but not holding out too much hope that it will stay attached.

    Okay, but not Great

    Easy to apply with clear instructions if needed. My driver's side wiper blade was curving too much (lifting in the middle), and I bought these to hold the wipers down more. While they did help some, I still have a half inch long stretch in the center of the wiper blade that doesn't always connect to the windshield. Not as strong of springs as I would have hoped.

    Thought I was going to need a new arm, but in a pinch tried these out. Definitely made the difference, wipers working great! I think it's a good 'stop gap' solution until you can source a new wiper arm.

    • A: All depends on the application. It would most likely work for an older application that has a standard metal arm. But it would not work for newer applications that use a fully covered plastic arm, like the Chevy Traverse.
