DeWalt 12 Volt

This model is completely safe to use on modern automobiles using a 12-volt wet SLA, GEL, or AGM battery. This battery booster is intended to assist the battery in the vehicle, not to replace it. If the battery in the vehicle is completely depleted, this model will not be able to detect polarity and consequently will not activate, as it needs to detect at least 2.1 to 2.4 volts from the vehicle's battery.

I bought this for a peace of mind thinking it would start my diesel truck no problem, it will not tried several occasions same result! Another sub par dealt product clearly have not learned my lesson
