    My ATV battery was just about dead after storing over winter in shed. This charged it in just a few hours. I have an older charger but its near its end. This is good because it will charge all sorts of batteries including Lithium if I ever have need for that in future.

    The Real Deal

    I saw an ad for the NOCO Genius on Instagram claiming its ability to restore dead wet batteries. I found it a little hard to believe but checked the CTA app to see if CT carried it. They did and for considerably less than the online offer. I bought one and tried it on my lawnmower battery which was dead and would not charge using my charger. I put it on the NOCO for a day and today used that dead battery to start and run my mower. I tried it on an ATV battery that was dead and I had already replaced it with a new battery. It brought that dead battery that had sat in my unheated shed all winter back to life. It is the real deal.

    Q: I am storing a car for the winter. I do not want to remove the battery terminals for fear that it will throw of the computer which basically operates the car. Can I just attach it to to the battery terminals while they are attached to the battery posts?

    • A: Yes, it you accidentally connect to your battery in reverse, you will get a fault indicator and no power will be transmitted.
