    Je suis déçus que cela ne fonctionne pas avec mon véhicule zéro. J’ai tout essayer en passant que j’étais dans le champs bien non tout était en place. Mais aucune charge Et, un des commis nous as dit que si on voit que sa ne fonctionnais pas qu’on pouvais le retourner finalement tu ne peut pas parce que c’est un chargeur de batterie. La fin de l’histoire si vous avez une batterie neuve ou usager et bien entretenu ceci es fait pour vous sinon, pour recharger une batterie à plat prenez vous quelque chose de plus puissant

    Q: My 2021 car will be  outside from Jan-April with temps ranging from-10 to -35 degrees. If my battery is fully charged when I start using the charger in January, do you think it will maintain the charge or is it still possible for the battery freeze?

    A: Yes this should keep you battery topped up and prevent freezing. Obviously whoever wrote for CTC doesn't know the drains of electronics as I have seen brand new cars deplete their battery to the point of a winter time (-30C) no-crank from sitting a couple weeks.

    Q: I have a Gel battery. Can I leave this unit plugged in while I'm away for 10 days? Also what is the max charge rate ?

    A: Yes you can leave it plugged in. When fully charged the charger maintains a float charge. The maximum charge current this item will provide is 6 amps.

    Q: I used this once on my car it worked great. I then tried to use it on my truck battery and came up with a fault. Now it doesn’t work on any battery just straight to a fault.

    A: Check the inline fuse. A blown fuse would result in a fault.

    A: Charger does not need to be reset when power is lost...so I guess you can plug it into a timer. Great product. Keeps all our batteries charged!!

    A: This charger works when plugged in. If it is on a timer it will only work when the power is on. Depending how long your timing cycles are it may not have enough time to fully charge the battery itself.
