Q: Is the jack released by twisting the handle? And can it be released with the handle in the vertical position? I don't have a wide garage.

Q: I purchased this jack and noticed that one of the front wheels does not contact the ground when there is no weight on the jack. Is it designed this way? I attempted to exchange it but two more jacks at the store did the same thing.

4 years agoA: It has a long handle to push or pull it along the floor. 2 of the 4 wheels are swivel castors. It rolls well on a smooth floor. I avoid picking it up to carry it as it is fairly heavy.

Q: I would like to use this jack on my cars factory jack points. Will this saddle remove or will it accommodate the pinch weld lifting points like a factory jack?
5 years agoA: Both the saddle and saddle pad are not removable; they are fixed in place on this MotoMaster Standard-Duty Low-Profile jack. That said, the steel saddle is a common design with recessed cup rim that are compatible with reinforced pinch weld lift points. However, the saddle is not like a factory jack as it is not a pinch weld specific saddle. Overall, we do have confidence the jack will be suitable for your application, provided you are lifting from reinforced pinch welds at designated lift points.
