Q: How does one attach these to the railing without drilling? Would zip ties work?

A: It is not recommended to use zip ties instead of drilling, because the plastic ties become brittle over time and can cause the planter to become unsecured.

Q: What are the dimensions??? L X W X H Does it match the 16" one you sell. They sort of look the same.
