Completely useless

I never write product reviews but this product is so terrible that I feel compelled to let everyone know to save your money, time, and patience. The structure of this product is so contorted that it simply cannot hang straight. You would think that the mounts on the back would straighten the "spine" so that the product can be even slightly useful, but no, the mounts have absolutely ZERO ADHESIVE ABILITY WHAT SO EVER. In attempts to save what is an embarrassment of a product, I purchased better adhesives. Even the best mounts on the market could not help this useless piece of metal. What a sad use of Earth's resources.

DOES NOT FIT AN 18" DOOR

The brackets that hold it to the door are very bulky and un attractive to look at this is because it is set up to fit a commercial door. And this isn't even close to fitting an 18" door.

Q: Why does this not fit a standard door? Instructions say it's for a "standard 80" door" like mine. Product has two lengths. The first makes the unit too short to fit the door, the second makes it scrape across the floor. I see another poster had the same issue.

Q: Can you purchase extra baskets? in a previous question the client said they only got 4 baskets but 6 are shown in the picture - does the unit come with 6 baskets? Can we purchase extra baskets?

A: There are actually 4 sizes of basket. The 2 deeper baskets are designed to nest inside one another for shipping. The 2 more shallow baskets also nest inside one another.
