Great rain jacket and not too expensive

Very comfortable and I love the colour. The sleeves have a Velcro closure so they do not fall past your hand. That is a bonus since the sleeves are a bit long for the person. The inside is nice and light for spring and summer not rubbery so the person should feel dry but not sweaty. We should try it out next week they are calling for rain (yuck).
