Handy some issues with frequent use

I purchased this almost 6 years ago and it is great for hauling groceries in an apartment and children when going on outings. However, I would recommend purchasing a better quality version and spend a bit more money as this doesn't collapse super small (only folds in half, whereas competitor fold in half twice). Furthermore, many parts have broken or fallen off, many within the first few years of use. For instance the caps that hold the material to the corners (see photo) and a screw at the side. I tried to put the caps back on but they neither screw back in or push back in so I opted for zip ties.
This works in a bit of snow, not a lot, and doesn't work in sand (so I would not bring to the beach unless you want to struggle dragging it through the sand with all the beach gear).
Overtime the wheels get pretty squeeky.
Yes I could just purchase a new version given the price is lower than many competitors, but why waste resources if it still functions? I'll opt for using it until it no longer works.
No, I do not recommend this product.

J'ai acheté cet article l'an dernier. Je l'ai utilisé en camping pour promener mes 2 petits fils de 1 an et 2 ans. C'était parfait, sauf que la poignée s'est dessoudée en promenade. Je suis déçue que ça n'a pas duré longtemps.

Little late to owning a folding wagon. My wagon replaces a light duty hand cart used for the longest time.It's weak point,small base plate,thus I would have grocery bags topple if the bottom item wasn't wide enough to provide stability.It will come out,and still come in handy for things like TV,or beverage fridge sized boxes.
This Outbound folding wagon has stability bars below the wagon's floor.Something the official pictures didn't show before I purchased,and wanted to share.Wheels are the only thing that requires"assembly."Using a rubber mallet to tap,or a firm fist punch will insert the wheel for that secure click. My wagon has a rattly sound from the wheel tube connection with the frame I think? A must for my purchase was weight,with the lightest wagon I located to date,the Seina was sold out.The other wagons almost double it,and the Outbound's weight. This wagon was good timing since it is rated to support the same weight as similar wagons with a higher price point.This fits in the CUV under the cargo floor.

I am glad to found this one in CT, very good price compare to others, I bought this wagon as my kids are too lazy to carry their stuff for outings, the only one less star given is due to the lack of brakes as I need to take transit a lot and there is no brake option on it for such need or even on slopes, I hope they add this feature in the new ones, overall satisfied.

Q: The download able manual does not have instructions to install the wheels which come detached. There are no instructions in the box. How do I put the wheels on? They do not just click in if I try to push them like other wheels.

A: The wheels came on when I purchased it. It’s a piece of poopy. Return it. The wheels are narrowed in the back rather that the front so it is very tipsy. I know this won’t make it to reviews, so please remove me from this list. I have been asked 4 times about this poopy wagon. I hope the reviewer of my review is having a great Monday (laugh cry emoji goes here )

Q: Is there a trick to securing the wheels? I could not get them to "click" as per instructions and the kept on falling out. Disappointing because I was hoping to use it right away! Am I missing something?

A: Sorry that you are having troubles with the wheels on your OB Wagon. The instructions included should allow for easy installation – if you continue to experience the wheels not “clicking” into place, you should take the wagon back to the store where purchased and see if they can assist

A: Hello, Thanks for your inquiry into the OUTBOUND Wagon. We are sorry you had difficulties attaching the wheels as per directions, but you should be able to fix the issue as follows: 1. Wheels are a friction/pressure fit. The pin locks into the frame when you push it in 2. The only way to remove it is with a hammer and knocking it back down out of the mount 3. Suggest you place a small block of wood on the wheel mount (to prevent denting or scratching) and tab the hammer down onto it to release from the seated position. You will need to hit it with enough force to “unseat” the connection point – so securing the wagon on a bench or work surface is a good idea 4. NOTE – once removed – you will want to ensure the wheel is lined up properly before pushing it back into the mount. You can double check before reattaching by ensuring it is in line with the direction it needs to roll in – straight ahead Hope that helps out! CAMPKING
