A: For 079-2013 Outbound Adult OPP Paddling Vest S/M, As it is a ULC approved adult PFD, normally person with weight over 90lb (41kg) are suitable. Customer can choose the best comfort size according to the chest size. For 079-2013, the recommended chest size is 30 – 36” (76.2 – 91.4cm)
