Poor quality for the price

I both it in april 2020 for my kids that where 10 and 12 years old back then. Even if we stored it during winter, the straps torn apart. Very bad product!

Not good quality

We’ve had this 2 seasons and have had to buy 2 new nets and the top ring is broken somehow now too which you can’t buy in stores and we can’t seem to find this item anywhere. The top ring is flimsy tent pole like construction, and the net itself is weak and poorly sewn on the top and bottom areas of extra strength. I would not recommend this trampoline

Not well designed

We’ve had this 3 seasons and have had to buy 3 new nets and the top ring is broken somehow now too which you can’t buy in stores and we can’t seem to find this item anywhere. Considering our last trampoline lasted us 9 years with only sun damage to the pads, I’d recommend buy something else.

Piece of Junk

Don't buy this trampoline. The net is terrible and was broken before we used it a dozen times. The zipper separated immediately so the net was no longer secured at the bottom and the poles for the top of the net splintered and broke through the vinyl. Save your money unless you are OK with a netless trampoline.

DO NOT BUY

We bought this trampoline in April 2020. My two boys, age 5 and 4, used it a few times this summer. The mats and netting are literally torn apart. We splurged on this trampoline thinking the higher price = better quality. It is not the case. I would NOT RECOMMEND buying this trampoline.

A: The # Canadian Tire gives, takes you no where, I have not been able to get through to any one for the fiberglass rod at the top of the netting. The number provided only asked you for a ID and pin? Takes you no where.

A: The Outbound trampoline comes with 72 springs that are 6.5" (16.5 cm) in length. The weight capacity is 250 lbs (113 kg) and we do not recommend more than 2 bouncers at a time.

Q: Is the weight capacity of this trampoline (250lbs) per person or the total capacity of all jumpers on it at once? Just wondering if you could put dad on with 2 children?

A: Only one person at a time is allowed on the trampoline. If more than one person uses the trampoline at the same time, the danger of losing control, collisions or falling from the trampoline increases.
