Don’t waste your money

Does not hold large eggs. Even small eggs were cracked by the stability prongs inside. Terrible design on many levels. Bottom line, even with careful handling over 50% of my eggs broke. Recycled it after first use. Waste of plastic.

Q: This egg carrier comes with 3 pointy pins which presumably are meant to hold the eggs from above and below. I have trouble believing they don’t pierce the shell. Any reassurance would be appreciated.

A: I don't find this case effective at hold. The pins pierced all of my eggs. Perhaps if the eggs were just sitting in a fridge it would work but was not good for use in a cooler.
