Just try and pour a cup of coffee out of this press without getting a puddle on the countertop. It needs a wider glass lip for decanting. ken

I've used many french presses before, but this one broke during it's first use. I think I may have had a defective product because when gently pressing the coffee glass shattered everywhere. I am going to try to look up the warranty information because it was brand new.
