Horrible Investment

I got two twin sized mattresses. Let's start with the good: they're light. Now for the bad: They're loud as heck when you're moving around on them (rolling over to your side at night). Aside from that, they both started leaking within 5 months of very light use (less than 10 times). Nope. What a waste of money.

Terrible Mattress, Prone to Leaks

I have bought two of these now, and definitely regret the second purchase. They have both developed leaks after five to six uses. The seams are only 3 to 5 mm thick, and they just leak with time. Not buying Outbound again.

Missing Plug & Repair Kit

Bought this for my daughter on our camping trip, upon opening it at the campsite we discovered that there was no plug or repair kit. We had to find a solution so we could use it for the week so she wouldn’t have to sleep on rocks, unfortunately a stick or cork wouldn’t do. Additionally, bought a queen inflatable mattress and it does not come with the repair kit it says it does on the package. Not impressed with this mattress, cannot rely on their products.

Q: Does it inflate on its own

A: No it inflates on its own if you use a pump otherwise you have to blow it up which only takes a few minutes.

Q: How to deflate the mattress? I inflated this mattress with an electric pump. Seems like a dumb question but how do I deflate this mattress? My previous air mattress deflated quite easily upon opening the valve. Maybe I need to unscrew the entire valve cap?

A: Yes, you need to unscrew the entire valve cap. It is a one-way valve with two caps. Pop off the top cap and you can fill the airbed up with air. The top valve let’s air in, but won’t let any air escape. Remove the bottom valve to deflate the bed.
