      Do not buy

Bought this tent for a weekend camping trip because it was a good price and easy setup. Woke up in puddles of water. The bottom of the tent is very poor quality and the bottom pulls away from the attached poles. Do not waste your money!

No, I do not recommend this product.

Bought the tent and set it up in my living room; hadn't even seen the outdoors. The great thing about the tent was how easy it was to set up, unfortunately the poles were its downfall... The poles ripped through the bottom of the tent.

No, I do not recommend this product.

      Great tent for group camps

Complete camping novices will be able to figure out how to use this tent. This makes it an excellent tent for group camping, since you'll have a mix of veteran and novice campers. Everyone can feel like they are contributing to the experience. I have used this for all kinds of conditions from summer to winter weather. Like any 3 season tent, you do need to remember that a tent is not a house. It is only intended to keep the rain/snow off of you. You still need a good sleeping bag for warmth. For the quality complaints... When the tent is folded up, it is very easy to damage the centre portion of the tarp floor from dragging it across the ground. I would not call this a quality issue so much as a usage issue.

      Yes, I recommend this product.

Tent used for first time in summer 2017

We had purchaced Outbound Easy-up Cabin Tent 6-person two weeks ago due to our previous tent was not use able any more. This new tent is excellent for our little family. We went camping at the Fred Henne Camp ground just outside Yellowknife, NT. Out of all the tents we had over the years we loved this one the most. It was easier for one person to set up the tent instead of three persons doing it. The same as bring it down. We cant wait for next year to go camping again at the same camp grounds.

      Yes, I recommend this product.

      Outbound tent

I love this tent. I've used it 4 times so far this year. I love that I can easily set it up by myself and in a matter of minutes. I was camping in a tornado watch that turned to severe thunderstorm instead. Heavy wind and hard rain and this tent stood tall and dry. Zippers have smooth action, plenty of ventilation and well worth the sale price I paid for it. I would recommend this tent.

      Yes, I recommend this product.

      Questions

      1 - 3 of 3 Questions

Q: Does the mesh roof panels zip closed like the windows?

      1 Answer
      • A: The mesh in the roof, door and windows are sewn into the tent body. The windows and door have an attached solid fabric panel which does zip closed. The roof is covered by the fly.

Q: how small is the tent at the top? i have a double high queen air mattress the bottom is 10x9 which should be fine but the top looks small I'm wondering about the slop of the tent. will the mattress touch the side. I'm trying to decide between this one and the coleman sundome 6 person

      1 Answer
      • A: Along the outside frame the tent measures 10’ x 9’ at the ground and has a height of 6’. Inside the tent body at 1’ in height the tent is 9’ x 8’. The tent body at the eave measures 5.5’ x 5’. The incline or angle of the wall and roof is necessary to repel moisture.
