A: J’ai acheté ce produit lan dernier. Je ne comprends pas l’ajout de poids mentionné. Le matelas était roulé dans un sac plastique. je ne crois pas qu’il y ait d’ajout de poids.

Q: Purchased the Outbound Double Wide Foam Sleeping Pad and I am very dissatisfied. It’s been unrolled for more then 24 hours and the issue is both ends measureses 4 inches but the remainder only 2 inches. Will it ever reach 4 inches across or do I return

A: In my experience it won't expand to the stated measurements. Even if some areas fluff to 4 inches, it won't be even across the entire mattress, especially the center.

A: Le matelas est trop mou et trop écrasé au début. Avec le temps (quelques mois), il prend forme et durcit assez pour ne plus sentir le plancher.

A: Hi, good day, the width is approximately 120 cm, I used it for a single bed and it was a little wide and a little short in length, so I cut a part of the width and placed it to fill the gap in the length. As for the thickness, it is approximately 10 cm, which is comfortable, personally, not like a mattress but it is comfortable

Q: After the mat has expanded can I see how small it rolls up or is there dimensions of it rolled up?

A: It doesn't really roll back up. It expands unevenly and is quite hard. Used it once and threw it away. It's not worth the money.

A: To hand wash the outbound white foam pad use a spray bottle with water lightly spray the foam or wet a sponge or micro fiber cloth and wipe the foam in the affected area. You can also use a mix of water and vinegar. Allow the foam to dry and repeat if necessary.
