Bad defective product

Worst air mattress ever. Definitely do not buy. First time I ever used this air mattress all the air deflated. I kept having to pump it back up, but would wake up on the ground. I exchanged it for a new one thinking the one I got was just defective. But unfortunately, the new one I exchanged it for had the exact same problem. It seems this brand is defective and will loose air immediately and never hold up. I should have better looked at review reviews before I purchased. Hoping to save somebody else the trouble and their money. Very bad product especially with how pricy it is.

Initially liked it but….

I purchased this Outbound Queen Double-High Inflatable Air Mattress in the later part of last year and initially used it once or twice at home. I thought it worked perfectly at the time with no issues, so I had no concerns or comments.
Shortly after, I travelled for a few months and didn’t use it during that period. When I returned and tried to use it again this week, I noticed it was losing air and wouldn’t stay fully inflated. After checking more closely, I discovered a small hole in the mattress that is clearly causing the air leak.
Considering it has only been used about twice and was stored properly, this seems more like a manufacturing defect than normal wear and tear. It’s disappointing for a product that’s practically new. I would expect better durability and am hoping for the possibility of a return or exchange.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Perfect airmatress

I can't believe how amazing this very inexpensive airbed is! I have been using it every night for 2 months now and it's doing a perfect job. And, when it comes to the built-in pump... I'm in love!
Not only that I recommend it, but I actually intend to buy a second one, as a spare, in case that, for some unfathomable reason, they discontinue it.

A: Have you tried returning it to the store? We bought the same mattress 2 years ago. We have used it several times camping outdoors but this year (3rd) it started losing air. We did not think we would have much luck finding the pinhole somewhere or wondered if it was just the seams so we trashed it. For the sale price of 89 bucks we may just invest in another but if I were in your shoes I think I would attempt to return it. I have returned others (cheaper) that started leaking after a short while and did get my money back, good luck!

A: Blow it up real tight and get a spray bottle with water to find the leak. (usually a pinhole or 2). Most times a dab of crazy glue will fix the problem

Q: Wondering the total wattage drawn by the pump. I want to know if I can safely run it long enough to inflate the mattress using a small 12v inverter.

A: The manual indicates the pump operates on 110–120V, ~60 Hz, with a current draw of 0.95 A. This means it uses approximately 114 watts. To safely inflate the mattress with a 12V inverter, we recommend using one rated for at least 150 watts to handle the power draw and startup surge

Q: I also purchased for company over Christmas. It has been great. However, now I noticed that the middle portion is a few inches higher (basically dividing the bed as there is now a hump in the middle that is several inches higher than the rest of the bed).
