Wagon is very sturdy. It can hold a lot of gear, folds/unfolds easy, and rolls easily. Only thing is that the handle could be a little longer.

A: Yes, the front wheels swivel & the back ones are stationary. We love ours to go onto the beach with & the shelf underneath is an added bonus compared to the other types. You won't be disappointed if you get this one!

A: I use mine up at our trailer in the summer. The whole wagon is surprisingly sturdy and the handle as well. Teachers at school have similar wagons to pull toys in and out of the building and have had nothing break.

Q: How tall and wide is the space between the lower "shelf" and the bottom of the top "shelf"? Can you fit a carton of 24 regular-sized water bottles on the bottom shelf? Would it fit height-wise (bottles are 7.75" tall) and width-wise (12" total)?

A: I would not recommend this item. My grandson who is 4 years old and well within the recommended weight for using this wagon leaned on the side and the fabric ripped after only being used once or twice. Absolute waste of money! Also, I would think it would be quite expensive to send to England.
