A: 6 hours. It is probably better to use ice packs with a soft cooler, but since this has a hard plastic tray, it will only leak if the cooler gets turned on it’s side.

Q: This product is actually a 12 Can cooler Please update description online as this is actually a 12 can unit. The long description in the AS400 is also incorrect but the short description accurately describes it as a 12 can. Thank you. 085-3720 (18 can) and 085-3729 (12 can) are the coolers
