Worked great for 8 years until recently.

I bought my dual LED light floor lamp with USB charger and iPad shelf in 2017. I use it almost daily. Until about 3 months ago, the switch would not turn off, however the USB charger still worked. When I got it to turn off, it took several tries to turn it back on. For the last 3 months, I just left it on continuously. Both bulbs stopped working. Not sure if they are the problem. At any rate, I am having trouble finding the correct bulb replacement. Could someone please guide me to correct bulb?

Works until it doesn't

It works very well when it's working, however, no way to troubleshoot when the thing quits working! This is the third one I've owned in about 7 years. I'm done.

Nice light but unreliable USB charging port

My wife bought this product a few years ago and it had worked well until a few days ago. The light failed when she tried to use the USB charge port. I'm not sure what she plugged in, but it caused damage to the USB circuit board. She gave me the "project" of trying to repair it. She didn't care much about the USB port, but really uses light in her sewing room. I first checked the 18V wall adapter with a multi-meter and it was working fine. Next, we tried measuring the voltage across the black and white wires going into the USB port board with adapter plugged in but there was no voltage. The USB board was over-loading the 18V adapter. With a little investigation, we found that the 18V is passed thru the USB board to a second board which adds the dimming and switch function. Next we cut the positive wires into (white) and out (red) of the USB board and wired them together. Now the light works fine. My recommendation is to improve the design of the USB board to prevent failures of this sort. Most all USB charging products have protection circuitry like a current limited switch to protect the upstream circuits.

I bought this one year ago - no way its 40,000 hours on bulbs. Its dead - no replacement bulbs available - JUNK!
