I need to replace the blade and the top part!

Hi!
I love your blender! I bought it in green and have been using it for months. Recently, one of My kids seam to have misplaced the blade part and the top part that i can use as a bottle (green). I still have the base. I would like to know how I can purchase those parts and how much it would cost. Thank you!

motor started smoking after 4 uses

I bought this a few weeks ago since I have been working out of town and wanted to stay healthy. It was working great, but this morning it started smoking. Now it smells like burning plastic. I am so disappointed.

Lost my best friend today....

I've had this blender for about 8 years.... it finally died tonight. Making me some hot buttered rum drinks for xmas festivities. My count may be off but this was the 129038th time I used this blender. Sad day. Will be purchasing a new one tomorrow

Q: It litterally won’t turn on. I checked and rechecked everything and even hold the top while it’s locked and press the button and I won’t turn on.

Q: I'm having trouble removing the bottle from the base without it unscrewing the lid. I lost the manual. Can anyone tell me the secret in removing the sport bottle without unscrewing it from the base?

Q: I am unable to remove the sport bottle and blender base after completion of blending, as described in the instructions Step 3. When the bottle is turned counter-clockwise the bottle unscrews from the base. Is the blender I have defective?

Q: How do you clean the bottom portion? I accidentally forgot to replace seal. My drink went into the electrical portion.
