Was great until it died tonight while cooking chicken!

My unit has been used quite a bit for 1.5 yrs without too many problems, for most cooking since don't have a range/oven o rmicrowave. This unit stop working totally while cooking a chicken tonight. Unit is stainless with 2 shelves and a pickup black tray for fries/vegetables.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Q: Is there a preheat setting on this oven?

A: Thank you for reaching out to Oster®. We appreciate the opportunity to respond to your inquiry. As there is no preheat setting in this oven, the oven will heat up to the selected temperature with a variance of about 50 degrees, approximately. There is no thermal gauge that counts the actual temperature reading inside the toaster oven cabinet. It takes about 2-3 minutes for the oven to heat up from 21C/69F room temperature to about 101C/214F. The oven will take about 8–10 minutes to reach 450°F. We hope this information is useful. Q: encastré ou pas? Est-ce possible de mettre ce four dans un meuble encastré et sinon quel est la distance nécessaire de ventilation autour du four ? Est ce qu'il devient trop chaud pour être dans un meuble ?

Q: How do you change the indication to show in Fahrenheit? Your product description and picture show that this model is in Fahrenheit, but I can only get it to show in Celsius.
