The Oru Paddle breaks down into four pieces, so it stows easily inside the Oru Kayak in box form. It features a lightweight fiberglass shaft and super-tough ABS plastic blades. The paddle is truly customizable: a quick-clamp connector allows you to adjust both the length (220-240cm) of the paddle, and the feather angles of the blades. The Oru Paddle comes in bright white to match the kayak.

It works - sturdy but light

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This paddle is very easy to assemble and I really like that I can angle it exactly as I want it. The plastic is sturdy which is very important - they got that right. It is very light, which for most I think would be great, but I am so use to a heavier paddle that this light one will take a little getting use to. I bought paddle clamps that fit directly onto the side rails of the kayak. However, I have to take them off while I paddle. It would be helpful if the side rails on the kayak extended further back so I could slide those clamps back to paddle.
