First attempt at sausages

It was pretty easy to use once we figured out how to attach it to our machine. Flavor is ok. Not my favourite. Probably wont purchase this flavour again but its not bad. Casings are relatively tough. This was our first experience with sausages and this kit made it easy. Will try different varieties within the brand.

We used this for some pork breakfast sausage and the flavouring is perfect! Best spice blend we’ve used for making breakfast sausages. The casings worked great and the price was much better than other brands.
