It's a blue bin, hard to provide a rating... My last bin which I got for free from the city broke after two weeks. This is the replacement, and if it doesn't last I will adjust my review.

Finally replaced my blue bins due to the original ones breaking at the corners. These are a good size and seem to be holding up to the abuse of the recycle collectors. Time will tell.
