Q: Will these penny lights or other LED lights work on a 6 volt source?
6 years agoA: It is not recommended and voids the Lifetime Warranty, but the 3/4” marker lights will work on a 6V system.

Q: When installing the Amber penny light I hard wired it in there’s power but the all three bulbs don’t light up am I missing something
6 years agoA: There are no “bulbs” for this product, as this is a 1 diode LED light. There is only 1 diode, so it sounds like the light is working correctly.

Q: What is the diameter of the light, the hole it needs, and the Outside Diameter including grommet?
6 years agoA: The Optronics Penny lights are classified as ¾”, the actual outer dimensions are 0.73” of a inch wide and 0.93” long.

Q: Are these called penny lights because they are the same diameter as a penny?
9 years agoA: No - the nickname "penny" light is just a nickname. The actual diameter is 0.75" (inches).
