we have had this juicer for a few years occacionally making health drinks. today as experiment we just flawlessly juiced 93 quarts tomato juice straight through no cleaning aprox 2 hrs. this type appears to be high quality tool

Don't waste your money!

I purchased this juicer February of this year. By the end of February I had problems with the basket not releasing . Within 5 months it went dead. After numerous emails with the company they shipped it to their company and fixed it. I used it 3 times after it being fixed and a part broke upon removing the basket for cleaning. Omega refuses to replace this product and we are having to fix the unit OURSELVES once Omega ships the broken part. I am devastated with this purchase which I bought for health reasons.

La sortie d'élimination est minuscule et se bloque constament. Je dois la nettoyer 5 fois pour faire un 4L de jus et il faut la nettoyer parfaitement à chaque fois pour que les pièces raboutent ensemble... Décourageant surtout au prix que sa coûte.

I love this product and have been using it for 2 years. I cut my veggies celery, lime broccoli in cubes so that the pulp do not get stuck. My question is that the warranty says 10 year and now my auger tooth snap off, 1 base bracket broke, the bowl wheel wearing down making it hard for the auto cleaner to spin. Can I request a repair or replacement for them? How about the rubber on the auto cleaner are they under warranty too? Thank you. Believe me I am happy with this product but I want to make sure the warranty covers all this until 10 years of use. Thank you!
