One star, okay two stars, two where not working as they should, the springs in them seem to be broken, took them back the next morning and they didn’t have any more in stock, and they still don’t have any in stock, it’s been over three weeks now.

My disappointment is immeasurable. This should be pulled off shelves immediately. All of the disconnect tools are way too thick in the tip area and will not fit into the fittings whatsoever. I ground down the bevel to see if it was remotely possible to modify this tool into usefulness but it is not. If you want to make an already frustrating task even more impossible to achieve, this is for you. For everyone else, buy something else.
