Check specific bolts on your vehicle before purchase. Dodge use a 10 MM. this is 8 MM.

This only works on GM vehicles with an 8 MM bolt. I have a Dodge which uses a 10 mm bolt.

    Electrical Safety!

I haven't used this specific product, but I know the use of this product well. I'm surprised the writeup missed the most important fact, to protect against a short circuit. The handle is electrically insulated to protect against short circuit and shock - that's the primary purpose, and the grip would be better than slippery bare steel which helps. You can use a standard wrench or 1/4" ratchet - but be very careful with the +ve terminal - if your ratchet or wrench touches the vehicle frame or other metal - one slip and boom! There is no fuse or circuit breaker to prevent your finger from being blown off. Take it from an Electrician - it is much safer to use an insulated tool like this, and for $7 can't complain. My van had the +ve terminal very close to the grounded vehicle body. A gear wrench would also work well, if taped up properly on the handle, but this tool is safer. Only remove the +ve terminal wire if you really need to. Better to remove the -ve terminal wire to cut power for a safety lockout.

    Yes, I recommend this product.

Does what it is supposed to do

Theres not much to say about such a simple product, but it does what it advertises it will do. It works good and it gets into places where a regular ratchet and socket just wouldnt fit. It works and it seems durable though I havent had it long enough to really punish it yet. I am pleased with my purchase.

    Yes, I recommend this product.

Q: Bonjour Canadian tire !
