These were designed by someone that has never seen an inner tie rod before. The castings are poor and are overly thick and won't seat properly.

Poor Design

The socket pieces are too thick to fit any tie rod with a spacer washer or similar obstruction behind it, the socket is about twice as wide as tie rod detents and of course, can't return it cuz now it's been "used"

A: SKU 125-0029 only fits tie rods with the following sizes: • 1-3/16" • 1-5/16" • 1-7/16" For tie rod tools, there is no specific vehicle application because aftermarket replacement tie rods are not always the same size as the OEM part. Historically, this tool covers the most popular sizes but there are at least 12 different sizes across all vehicles.
