Oak wood dowels are simple yet essential tools for woodworkers and craftspeople. This 3/8 inch oak dowel button is machined to close tolerances ensuring a straight and true shape that works effectively as a common wood repair part. Made from stable North American poplar hardwood, the uniform oak button is ideal for joining wood parts, attaching handles or knobs, and filling holes and gaps in wood projects. 1 button had a pointy hunk of wood on the smooth bottom, which I had to remove as it wouldn’t sit flat and 1 other was a mangled incomplete button, it had no domed top. Fortunately I only needed 10 to complete my project.

Nice little plugs for counter sunk screws. you may have to sand them a little to get them to fit some smaller holes. Overall, i am happy with the product.
