Unacceptable Customer Service

I ordered one lug nut for my vehicle in early January. The system showed it in stock and I shgould receive within a few business days. A few weeks go by, I call, they advise me that the part will be in within a few days. Another few weeks pass, I call, someone is to get back to me. A few weeks later, I go into the store and am told the manager will call me within a few days. A few more weeks pass, I call and they tell me yet again someone will get back to me. From the initial date ordered, it took 3 months for the part to come in. Note that the product is fine, the issue is the lack of accountability by the employees at Canadian Tire. Such unacceptable customer service. There was only one female employee who was attempting to support me.
