  • You can see the tapped up and damaged box ..the already used and then replaced and taped parts board...the corroded holes whe things were already put together...just an aweful experience and I was not interested in used merchandise during a pandemic!

Easier to put together than expected. We’ll packaged but heavy (2 people needed to move it). It took about 45 minutes to put together. Comes with IFIT for a month, subscription required to continue but loads of videos on Utube free if you don’t want the monthly $15 payment. Very comfortable and quiet! Needs a plug close by. This product was on sale and 1/2 the price of comparables so I’m very happy with the decision to purchase.

I ride it every day. It’s so quiet! IFIT is neat so far (three weeks in) but the website and the app are both pretty clunky and non functional at times.

Q: I just purchased and set up a VR21 and the tension seems to be stuck on high. After reading some of the other comments this seems to be a continuous problem. It's so stiff my wife cannot use the machine.

  • A: I purchased mine in July and it is used every day by my wife and I use it occasionally. It has always worked perfectly. She uses it on setting 1 and I generally use it on setting 6. I have tried all settings but the top setting is too stiff for my old legs.

Q: Will the NordicTrack VR21 recumbent bike work well for very tall people? My son is 6'5" tall.

  • A: Honor Thank you for your interest in our bikes. If you measure from the middle of your hip to the bottom of your foot, and it is within this range then you will be able to comfortably use this bike. Q: Is the seat back adjustable separately from the seat adjustment?.  Or are  the seat and back adjustable as one.

Q: What is the sole of the foot to hip length/fit from the shortest seat position of the bike?

  • A: The measurement of 36" is to the very back of the seat About halfway up the seat ( around where your hip would be) is about 31"

  • A: With the seat all the way forward it measures from the center of your hip bone out to the furthest position at 36 inches. The longest length is 48 inches for those who read this that are taller.

  • A: We calculated the length from the pedal to the hip / leg straight while in the seated position at the last adjustable position of the seat / bike = 45" We recommend calculating the length from sole of foot to hip.
